Refund Policy

Try before you pay

We'd rather you know exactly what you're getting before any money changes hands, so every Studio Grid product lets you evaluate it in full first:

• Mac apps — every app includes a 14-day free trial, no card required. Use the complete app for two weeks before you decide.
• Chrome extensions — every extension is freemium. The core features are free forever; you only pay if you choose to upgrade to Pro.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are annual subscriptions. You can cancel anytime — cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

• Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy or Stripe as merchant of record.
• Manage or cancel your subscription from your receipt email, the billing portal, or by emailing us.

Refunds

Because the trial and the free tier let you test everything before paying, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind or not using a product. That said, we want you to be happy:

• If a product is broken, not as described, or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right — including a full refund.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email hello@studiogrid.io from the address you purchased with, and tell us what happened. A real person will reply, usually within a business day.
