Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste. Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → paste. Outlook: Settings → Signatures → paste. The copy carries real formatting.
Signatures and email cards are table-based HTML with inline styles — the only dialect Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail all speak. Card gradients gracefully fall back to your solid accent in old Outlook. No images required; if you add a photo it must be hosted, because mail clients strip embedded ones — no photo? Cards get a monogram badge instead.
Have a WordPress site? Upload your photo straight to your own media library from here — it works on any WP site with an application password, and lands beautifully organized if you run Studio Darkroom (free).
Your links deserve a face too — design the 1200×630 social share card to match, without leaving the station.
Open the Share Card tab →The 1200×630 share card platforms show when your link is posted — X, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, iMessage. Set it with
<meta property="og:image"…>
Send the card straight to your WordPress media library and get the og:image snippet back, ready to paste. Works on any WP site with an application password — lands beautifully organized if you run Studio Darkroom (free).
Finish the set — a bulletproof signature or a fancy email card to go with the share card.
Open the Signature tab →Site Lab checks your og tags too — scan your page after you set the card.
Run a lab test →Uploads go directly from your browser to your site's media library — Studio Grid never sees the file or your password.
Application passwords are built into WordPress: Users → Profile → Application Passwords → name it "Studio Grid tools" → Add. Revoke it any time. Your site must be HTTPS.
Sign up with your email — you'll be added to the Studio Grid email list (a short note when new tools and releases ship; unsubscribe any time). In return, instantly: your download starts and every export on both tabs stays unlocked on this browser for 7 days. Copy-paste is always free.
